By accessing ph49's website at ph49.club, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph49, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with ph49's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services provided by ph49, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, sports betting (where available), and all bonus and promotional programs. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ph49 regarding the subject matter herein.

To register and maintain an account on ph49, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirements for online gaming as set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only; corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close relative of any such person, of ph49 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or gaming software providers.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated ph49 account, unless ph49 has expressly reinstated your account in writing.
• You must not be accessing ph49 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) ph49 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your ph49 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph49 login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph49 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

ph49 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and ph49 servers. However, the security of your personal device and login environment remains your responsibility.

ph49 accepts deposits from players via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking
• Metrobank online banking
• Additional payment channels as published on the ph49 cashier page from time to time

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph49 prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

Deposits are credited to your ph49 wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph49 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ph49 bears no responsibility.

ph49 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of these Terms. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening consistent with Philippine financial regulations.

ph49 processes withdrawal requests to GCash accounts within one to two (1–2) hours for standard verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your ph49 account must have completed the required KYC identity verification process.
• Your withdrawal destination (GCash number or bank account) must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your ph49 account.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal; unconverted bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction.
• Your account must not be subject to any active investigation, restriction, or suspension.

ph49 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is identified. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or cancellation.

ph49 offers various bonuses and promotional programs including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph49 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ph49 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
• ph49 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during gameplay, ph49 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the bet amount to the player's account. ph49 is not liable for winnings arising from software errors or technical faults that result in incorrectly displayed odds, payouts, or game outcomes.

Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical dealing and game equipment operated by licensed live studio providers. ph49 and its live casino partners comply with applicable certification and fairness standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph49 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Creating or operating multiple ph49 accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with ph49 games or systems.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Using ph49's platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of ph49's platform without written authorization.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your ph49 account or participate in games on your behalf.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by ph49.

All content on ph49's platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and multimedia elements — is the intellectual property of ph49 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph49's platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights of ownership are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph49 content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph49's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ph49 services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ph49 account at the time the claim arises.

ph49 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues beyond ph49's control.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Decisions made by players based on game results, statistics, or promotional communications.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on ph49's platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph49's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or as otherwise required by Philippine mandatory law.

ph49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• The player requests self-exclusion under ph49's Responsible Gaming program.
• ph49 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination for cause, ph49 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player (voluntary closure), all cleared real-money balances not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Players may voluntarily close their ph49 account at any time by contacting ph49 customer support through the live chat within their account dashboard.

ph49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on ph49's website with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, ph49 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via account notifications or email prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of ph49 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using ph49 services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph49 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
